The hotel had a central location to the local grocery store, loved this place. Plus, it was close enough to restaurants that s walking distance. The room was cheap and reasonably large with smoke detectors for my safety.

The kids loved the pools and slides! The access to the Ocean beach is great just walk under the bridge and your there, less than 5 mins. Access to store, resturants great 3 resturants close-by and a gas station with just about everything. Also Chef Cliv will cook you a meal at the poolside for $25 unlim drinks included, but be sure to tell him what you want that morning because he goes to buy it that day - otherwise it may take 2 hours to get served. Room was like an apartment with everything in it. And jaccuzzi tub in the master. We had separate room for the kids that made this perfect experience for adults with kids. Awesome experience with staff and family oriented. Rented a car to commute around island - including 1 day at Atlantis - this place is a bit of a scam for $120-179 per person... the ocean has everything for you. The maid Yulamay will braid your daughter's hair if you like :)
A little on the expensive side - don't forget about the 18% tax! Everything in Bahamas is expense so oh well...

Location ... proximity to the airport
Cleanliness, staff was rude, water pipe broke and the staff was very lackadaisical .. Did discount the room $24 for one night since we had no water! Property needs a facelift!

This place is lovely, pretty tidy, with hardworking staff and located by the beautiful Poop Deck restaurant, which serves amazing food right by the beach.

There are cockroaches everywhre, so we didn't like this hotel
Cockroaches! Lots of them!!! They were running! We switched the rooms twice, but they were everywhere! No help from manager. Moved out of the hotel on second day. Disaster!

We had an amazing time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach in a quiet area. We loved being able to walk to a small commercial area where we found great bars and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. From one staff member to another, everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Location: the hotel was right by local buses and the lagoon, where grandma and granddaughter slept and the private beach with hammocks and sunbeds. The room with a view. All of the staff were knowledgeable, diligent.
Didn't like the area, it was poor.
